420 Vallarta Vape & Cartridge Exchange Policy
A vape is an electronic item, its is also a small delicate item, which is susceptible to heat, humidity, water, dust and sand particles. We can not know how it was used or how it was stored or cared for in your possession.
We understand that at times, a vape may not function properly, it happens, and we are happy to exchange those items.
Vape Exchange Policy
All none sealed vapes are checked individually, some vapes like the 2g Muha Meds are sealed and we don't open them, but almost all vapes are checked when they enter our inventory and when they are sent for delivery.
In case there is a malfunctioning vape.
We need to be alerted within 2 hours of delivery.
All packaging needs to be complete and untorn.
Need Pictures & Video Documenting the Issue.
Exchange is completed after examination of the vape in our office. The vape will be retrieved and inspected for misuse.
Grand Fathered Clients
Our previous 'Honor System' policy will remain for clients in good standing with client numbers under 10,000.
Cartridges
Cartridges usually have 2 issues, if defective; Either the connection is not properly connecting to a battery or they have a clog.
Cartridge exchanges are available only if we are notified within the first 2 hours of delivery.
